UNIVERSAL ACCESSORIES

THE ESSENTIALS FROM MITTS TO THERMOMETERS

Poultry Roaster
Pour beer, wine or seasonings into the container and place the chicken firmly on top. Place onions, carrots and other vegetables in the dish and make delicious garnishes. Can also be used to make snacks, such as nachos with melted cheese and hot salsa.

Stainless Steel Utensils
A set of utensils is essential when barbecuing. The tongs are long enough to allow you to handle the meat without burning your fingers. The tongs, spatula and fork have an ergonomic design, with handles and shapes suited to working at the BBQ. A shorter set of utensils is available for the Weber® Q™.

Digital Food Thermometer
Get it just right, every time. Just place the sensor in the food, select the right setting, and clip the remote control in place. The thermometer will beep when the food is cooked.

Roast Holder
Makes it safe and easy to carry roasts and poultry from the kitchen to the BBQ. If you use a drip tray under the cooking grate, it also makes it much easier to lift the food off the BBQ so you can empty the drip tray and make the gravy while the food finishes cooking.

Rib Rack
Fit a lot more ribs on your BBQ. They also get cooked perfectly all over. This holder makes it easy to carry food to and from the BBQ. Can also be used for chicken thighs and other meat, raising it above the cooking grate and giving a perfect crisp, brown result.

Double Skewer
It’s easy to turn food when it is placed on a double skewer. The sturdy nickel-plated steel is also dishwasher safe, making for easy cleaning.

Shish Kebab Set
This set makes it easy to make delicious kebabs, perfectly cooked all the way around. You place all the skewers in the BBQ at once, and can turn them quickly.

Drip Trays
Protect your BBQ from fat and juices that otherwise become baked on, making them difficult to remove again. Also collects juices to make perfect gravy. It’s a good idea to place some liquid in the bottom of the drip tray. Otherwise fat and juices can get burnt and give the food an unpleasant taste.

BBQ Mitt and Apron
These extra long BBQ mitts are specially designed for all charcoal and gas grill activities, providing good protection for your hands and lower arms. The apron protects you and your clothes from embers and hot liquids from the food.

Food Thermometer
Works like other roast thermometers, but is designed specifically for barbecuing, so you get a sturdy tool that can handle the job.

Digital Pocket Thermometer
Neat digital pocket thermometer with automatic switch off. Plastic protector tube for the sensor and battery included.
