Control the heat
The heat from a gas BBQ is more uniform and can be 100% controlled by the control knobs. A gas BBQ also makes it fast, easy and more economic to barbecue small portions, such as a couple of bananas with melted chocolate for dessert.
Flavoriser® Bars – for perfect taste
Weber’s gas BBQs are fitted with Flavorizer® Bars, which ensure a delicious BBQ taste, and protect the gas burners from being blocked by dripping fat. Flavorizer® Bars were invented by Weber-Stephen and positioned directly above the gas burners.
Rapid Cleaning
All Weber gas BBQs are also designed so that as much fat, juices and food residue as possible are conveyed down into a small drip tray at the bottom of each BBQ. This makes them fast and easy to clean.
